Roze Distribution Policies and Information

• Note on combined item quantity discounts: Our Shopping Cart software cannot calculate the quantity discount if the total is over multiple calibers. Our sales staff will do that when the order is processed. If your combined order is over 25,000 bullets, please note it in the message field on the checkout page.

• Roze must have a verification of age form on file before your order can be processed. Use the Age Verification Form
  
  
• It is important that we have a daytime phone number for you.  We do not sell our mailing lists or phone numbers to anyone.
  
  
• If you request an order be sent to you C.O.D. and you refuse the package, you will permanently be removed from our files.
  
  
• Ship your exchange brass (after approval) to us by UPS or Fed Ex.  It is impossible for us to haul everyone's brass from the post office to our plant.
  
  
• Your brass must be sorted by caliber for you to receive credit.  If not sorted, you will only be given scrap value.
  
  
• Roze Distribution must authorize any return of merchandise.
